Children's Christmas Party

Every year Cheryl's family gets together and has a children's Christmas party. In conjunction with that event, the families sew and tie quilts to take to hospitals. This year we presented our gifts to the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center's NICU.

Afterwards, we came to our house to decorate gingerbread houses. Here Kurt and Kelli are working hard on their masterpiece.

Here is the finised product. Notice the RED "U" over the door.

Here is Aunt TeriAnn with Felicity.
Grandma Gerry helping with the frosting. As a side note, just to the right of Grandma, we had a web cam link setup with Alan and Sharry in the Dallas area.
Brandon is not too sure about this whole "craft" thing. Addison is eyeing the candy. And it looks like someone is trying to pay Brandon to stay. Take the money!
Grandma Cheryl is lending her expert frosting "grip" to Max and Luke. In the end, after boxes of pizza and frosting and sprinkles everywhere, a good time was had by all.

Hey-great pictures! We had such a fun time. Thanks for hosting all of the festivities. In all fairness, I have to say that that is Brandon and Christie's house. Can't take credit for it. It is too awesome looking. Ours had a red U and a blue NY hidden in the roof design-so I can see how you could get confused...

I can see the NY in the second picture. Very tricky!
